What You'll Do

As the Front Desk & Community Engagement Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while fostering strong relationships with the community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries about the animals in our care .
• Managing front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
• Supporting community outreach efforts to promote animal welfare and adoption events.
• Assisting with administrative tasks to keep our facility running efficiently.
• Collaborating with team members to provide excellent service to both animals and people.
