Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-adhering to established protocols.
• Carefully analyze results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform essential preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples diligently for testing as required.
• Document all laboratory procedures comprehensively, guide new team members or students, and help maintain high lab quality standards.
• Facilitate a safe and orderly work environment, strictly adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be attained within the first year of employment.
