Senior Manager, Advisory

We are recruiting a Senior Manager, Advisory, for a dynamic and rapidly growing organization. This role will be part of a team that supports a wide range of finance and business initiatives designed to improve reporting, strengthen operational processes, and enhance overall business performance. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical accounting knowledge with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments. Responsibilities: Lead and execute complex accounting and finance workstreams across multiple engagements Partner with executive leadership teams to improve financial reporting processes, operational visibility, and finance infrastructure Prepare and review high-quality financial analyses, reporting packages, schedules, and client deliverables Support organizations through operational change initiatives, process enhancements, and integration activities Assist with cash flow analysis, working capital optimization, and performance reporting initiatives Identify process inefficiencies, operational risks, and reporting challenges while recommending practical solutions Participate in executive-level meetings and provide clear updates, insights, and recommendations Manage priorities across multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality standards Collaborate cross-functionally with internal leadership and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA is required 8+ years of progressive accounting, finance, advisory, or operational leadership experience Prior experience within consulting, advisory, public accounting, transaction support, or complex corporate finance environments preferred Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
