Your next great chapter starts here.Job Summary: Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, the Patient Care Associate provides direct patient care within the scope of practice and based on HMNH's policies and procedures.What You'll Bring to the Team:Strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsProblem solving skillsBasic computer skillsPatient-focusedLicensure and Certification:Successful completion of a state approved Nursing Assistant program OR has successfully completed at least the first semester of a RN program.Current BLS provider cardCurrent hospital recognized Violence Prevention Training cardAdditional Licensure and Certification (ARU): QI Certified within 180 daysEducation:High School Graduate, GED or equivalentExperience:Minimum 6 months acute hospital Nursing Assistant experience preferred
