Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Experience with EMR systems and strong clinical assessment skills are necessary. Recommended skills include adaptability, critical thinking, and the ability to work well with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, structured environment. Pediatric experience is a plus.
