The company fosters a collaborative and professional work environment for its employees. Role Description This is a full-time position for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Palm Desert, CA. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for identifying and originating mortgage loan opportunities, assisting their clients through the loan process, and ensuring compliance with underwriting and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include reviewing loan applications, analyzing financial information, providing excellent customer service, and guiding clients through the borrowing process. Collaboration with other team members to meet sales goals and maintain client satisfaction will also be required. High commision splits and great work environment. Qualifications Experience and knowledge in Loan Officers, Mortgage Lending, and the Mortgage Industry Strong background in Underwriting practices and procedures Proven ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Proficiency in relevant financial tools and applications is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is plus.
