The firm was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in San Francisco where they service clients across the globe. The firm is committed to providing excellent financial and strategic advisory services to clients, which starts with recruiting, training, and retaining the highest-caliber financial professionals. The Analyst role will work closely with senior bankers in all aspects of a transaction from origination to closing. Responsibilities Work on client engagements related to M&A advisory services, capital formation, and other strategic advisory work Support the development of qualitative and quantitative analyses and presentation materials Construct and maintain financial models for M&A and financing scenarios Develop client presentations and transaction-related documents Research and assimilate market data related to public and private companies Qualifications Internship or previous work experience in M&A, private equity, or related investment firm Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Capable of managing a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously Resourceful self-starter; able to work autonomously General understanding of accounting, finance and investment banking processes Demonstrated team player and leader Exceptional analytical, quantitative and communication skills Able to excel in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Series 69, 73 and SIE required following employment Compensation $120k + bonus, and exceptional benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Evolve Talent Partners
