This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Manage all mechanical and electrical construction activities for Mission Critical facilities and related projects. Oversee Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation for mechanical and electrical systems from pre-construction through close-out. Develop project scopes and schedules, coordinate change orders and RFIs, and manage project budgets and cost control. Monitor installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of the project with the Engineer and Owner. Lead the HCC MEP Team and Trade Partners from groundbreaking through commissioning and turnover to the Owner. Maintain strong professional relationships with owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Qualifications Required: 5–10 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems. Extensive experience managing construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects. Experience developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, and managing project budgets and cost control. Strong ability to manage relationships with owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, and clients, while supervising subcontractors and vendors. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering. Experience leading teams through all phases of construction projects. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).
