What We're Looking For A passionate and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing. A true leader who is excited to train, mentor, and empower a team of RBTs. An adaptable professional who thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, compassionate treatment plans. Provide high-quality, direct supervision, mentorship, and training to your team of RBTs, fostering their skills and confidence. Partner with families, providing parent training and collaborative support to ensure progress translates to the home and community. Analyze data and make evidence-based decisions to ensure client progress and program integrity. Collaborate with clinical leadership to champion continuous improvement in our services and our culture. The Details Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $105,000, based on experience.
