Our award-winning client is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join their team. Our client, a leading provider of frozen food products, seeks a Senior Project Engineer to drive the successful execution of capital projects at their Wisconsin facility. Reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager, you will lead multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver projects within budget, schedule, and performance expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic project leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with company policies.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, EHS, RQI) and external partners (vendors, contractors, government agencies) to facilitate project execution.
• Implement structured engineering workflows to drive project efficiency and quality.
• Conduct regular project reviews and reporting to ensure project success.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up to 15% of domestic and international travel required.
