Our award-winning client is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join their team. Our client, a leading provider of frozen food products, seeks a Senior Project Engineer to drive the successful execution of capital projects at their Wisconsin facility. Reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager, you will lead multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver projects within budget, schedule, and performance expectations. Responsibilities:

Our client, a leading provider of frozen food products, seeks a Senior Project Engineer to drive the successful execution of capital projects at their Wisconsin facility. Reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager, you will lead multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver projects within budget, schedule, and performance expectations. Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic project leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with company policies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, EHS, RQI) and external partners (vendors, contractors, government agencies) to facilitate project execution.
- Implement structured engineering workflows to drive project efficiency and quality.
- Conduct regular project reviews and reporting to ensure project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing.
- At least 2 years of project management experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up to 15% of domestic and international travel required.
