Guest Services Specialist - Part-Time - see schedule in posting

As a part-time Guest Services Specialist, you will work Monday – Friday, 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm and every other Saturday from 7:30 am – 2:30 pm. This position does not work holidays and does not qualify for health benefits, but is eligible for discretionary quarterly bonuses. The Guest Services Specialist is a safety‑sensitive position responsible for transporting patients, guests, and visitors to appropriate departments, parking visitors’ vehicles, staffing registration desks, and providing assistance and information about hospital services. Additionally, you will provide direction and answer general information inquiries, and facilitate consultation between physicians and patient families. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Drivers under 21 years of age must be approved by the insurance carrier. Current BLS certification or must be acquired within 30 days of hire. No experience required. Good interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of a medical setting. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and data entry. Sound judgement and quick decision-making when presented with patients having needs. Eligible for discretionary quarterly bonuses. OSH and its affiliates are equal opportunity employers.
