**Description -**The Director, Service Supply Chain Cost Optimization leads financial and operational management activities focused on cost optimization, business performance, and operational efficiency across a complex services and supply chain environment. This role translates financial and operational insights into strategic priorities, executive decision-making, and measurable business outcomes. The Director drives the modernization of cost management practices through advanced analytics, digital capabilities, and predictive decision support, enabling greater operational effectiveness and financial discipline. ### Key Responsibilities* Lead business and financial planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, performance reviews, and corrective action planning.* Drive cost optimization initiatives and operational efficiency programs across the organization.* Establish alignment among cross-functional stakeholders to ensure achievement of business, operational, and financial objectives.* Develop and execute strategies that improve operational performance and reduce inefficiencies.* Implement process improvements that enhance quality, productivity, and cost effectiveness.* Modernize cost management practices through digital tools, advanced analytics, forecasting, and predictive insights.* Utilize scenario planning, root-cause analysis, and risk assessment to address complex operational and supply chain challenges.* Develop mitigation strategies and lead transformational initiatives that improve efficiency, cost performance, and business predictability.* Exercise decision-making authority on key operational and administrative matters within the organization.* Ensure effective execution of organizational and business objectives. ### Leadership and Collaboration* Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of experienced professionals.* Establish strategic priorities and ensure disciplined execution against key objectives.* Partner with leaders across finance, operations, procurement, customer support, and other business functions.* Influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across multiple organizations and leadership levels.* Communicate complex operational and financial topics clearly and effectively to executive audiences.* Drive collaboration across regions, functions, and business units to achieve shared goals. ### Knowledge and Skills* Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and operational performance analysis.* Proven ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable business recommendations.* Expertise in analytical problem-solving, scenario planning, risk assessment, and continuous improvement methodologies.* Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and modernizing business processes.* Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional challenges.* Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.* Ability to operate successfully in highly complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.### Scope and ImpactThis position influences strategic direction across multiple business areas, functions, and regions. Decisions made in this role have a significant impact on organizational performance, operational effectiveness, and long-term business outcomes.The pay range for this role is **$166,050** to **$265,700** USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
