LPN - Behavioral Health

BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an LPN to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Pasco County! This is a field-based role. Facility: BayCare Behavioral Health Urgent Care Location: Pasco County Status: Full-Time, Exempt: No Shift Hours: varies, typically 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM Weekend Work: None On Call: No The LPN Utilizes the nursing process: assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating to achieve the goals of nursing practice. Will be familiar with medical clearance guidelines and act as the liaison with physicians and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners. Will coordinate and complete all admissions in a timely manner inclusive of nurse-to-nurse reports, triages, treatment plans, medication management and all related documentation. Will complete tasks as assigned by the RN charge nurse.
