You oversee small to large‐scale, complex capital improvement and build projects, ensuring they are delivered within defined scope, schedule, and budget while meeting quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.You work closely with internal business units, architects, engineers, contractors, and external partners to align project objectives, manage financial performance, and coordinate execution activities within active operational environments. From CAPEX project setup and cost tracking to construction oversight, risk mitigation, and project closeout, you are accountable for the full project lifecycle.
