Job Description

Director of Nursing (DON) – Join Our Leadership Team!

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and uphold the highest standards of patient care. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled nursing professional to make a meaningful impact while advancing their career in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all nursing operations to ensure exceptional patient care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Mentor, support, and develop nursing staff.
Establish and implement policies and procedures to optimize care quality.
Ensure full compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

Active RN license (in good standing).
2+ years of nursing leadership experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and driving positive change.
