Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Professional role is based in Arizona, United States. The Sales Professional will build and manage relationships with customers in target industries, identify new business opportunities, and promote Marian’s precision die-cut and converting solutions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting customer visits and technical discussions, preparing quotes and proposals, and coordinating with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly defined and met. The role also involves managing the sales pipeline, negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines, and providing ongoing account support to drive repeat business and long-term customer partnerships. The Sales Professional will be expected to maintain accurate sales records, report on market trends, and represent Marian professionally at meetings, trade events, and customer facilities. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, account management, and customer relationship development, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors. Ability to understand technical products and processes, translate customer needs into solutions, and collaborate effectively with engineering and operations teams. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and influence purchasing decisions. Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis for sales reporting, and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent). Self-directed work style, effective time management, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in an on-site environment. Previous experience in sales serving medical, electronics, automotive, aerospace, or related industries is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
