What You’ll Do Support the sales team by prospecting and qualifying new leads Prepare and submit quotes, orders, and customer documentation Manage inbound and outbound phone activity Assist Account Managers with projects, follow‑ups, and daily tasks Schedule customer meetings, presentations, and product discussions Create and deliver presentations showcasing Disdero’s product offerings Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date account information in our systems Track sales activities and follow up on leads, quotes, and open opportunities Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process Send product samples, displays, and materials to customers Thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Participate in occasional travel as needed What You Bring 2+ years of sales or customer‑facing experience A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong relationship‑building and customer service skills Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Comfortable with basic accounting/mathematical concepts Strong data entry skills (10‑key, 50+ wpm) A background in building materials, construction, architectural sales, or related fields is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Why Join Disdero & BlueLinx?
