Position Overview

As a Front Desk Associate, you are often the first and last interaction members have during their visit.

That means your role matters.

Youll help create an atmosphere that is welcoming, professional, organized, and energetic while ensuring members and guests receive an exceptional experience every time they walk through our doors.

This role requires someone who can:

• Communicate confidently and professionally

• Support sales and member retention efforts
• Help maintain a clean and professional environment

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all members and guests
• Check members in and assist with account needs
• Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and member inquiries
• Assist prospective members with questions and scheduling consultations
• Support membership sales and promotions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
• Ensure all members have active memberships and updated billing information
• Help create a positive and motivating club atmosphere
• Stay informed on all TNT Strong services, programs, and promotions
• Assist coaches, management, and other departments when needed
• Complete shift checklists and operational tasks efficiently
• Contribute to team goals and overall club success

Experience Preferred:

• Customer service experience
• Front desk, hospitality, retail, or fitness experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Experience using scheduling or CRM systems is a plus

Compensation & Growth Opportunities

• Starting Pay: $15.00+ per hour
• Commission opportunities available
• Earn commission on memberships, programs, and select services sold
• Growth and leadership opportunities within the company
• Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities
• Minimum availability of 30 hours per week preferred
• Morning, evening, and weekend availability required
