Manage ground-up site development including civil, electrical, utility interconnection, paving, drainage, stormwater and supporting structures. Lead contractors, vendors and engineering partners. Run RFPs and negotiate construction/procurement contracts. Manage project schedules, budgets, risks and key milestones. Coordinate high-power charging infrastructure and utility make-ready/interconnection. Support customer updates, project finance diligence and constructability reviews. Manage multiple projects at once and help improve internal project execution processes. REQUIREMENTS:6+ years in EV charging, fleet depot development, construction, engineering or similar infrastructure. Candidates must have taken an EV fleet charging depot from a dirt lot through full construction and operation. Strong civil/site development experience: grading, paving, drainage, stormwater, underground infrastructure and structures. Experience with high-power DC fast charging / EVSE and utility interconnection. Experience managing contractors, vendors, budgets, schedules and construction risk. EV/AV fleet, rideshare, logistics, transit or similar fleet charging experience preferred. Solar/BESS experience is a plus. (IND2020)
