Full Stack Developer with AI Experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with AI experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, along with hands-on exposure to AI/ML integrations, Generative AI solutions, and modern cloud-based development practices. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver innovative, high-quality software solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications and enterprise solutions.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities such as chatbots, recommendation engines, intelligent search, and document processing solutions.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, AWS AI services, or equivalent platforms.
• Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions following coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and optimize database structures, queries, and data integration processes.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product Owners, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.


Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Experience building enterprise web applications using modern technologies.
• Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot), .NET Core, or Node.js.
• Expertise in REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and backend development patterns.
• Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks such as OAuth2 and JWT.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience designing responsive and user-friendly web applications.
• Knowledge of state management frameworks and frontend optimization techniques.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered application development.
• Experience integrating AI services such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or equivalent platforms.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI model integration, and AI application workflows.
• Strong experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.


Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Python for AI/ML integration.
• Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud-native application development.
• Understanding of application security, OWASP standards, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with performance optimization and scalability improvements.
• Microsoft Azure or AWS certifications are a plus.
