Industrial Engineer
Globus Medical
Branch Medical Group, a Globus Medical subsidiary, seeks an Industrial Engineer to develop and implement process improvements for spinal and orthopedic implant manufacturing. The role involves evaluating production workflows, establishing efficiency metrics, and supporting operational excellence across multiple facility locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process efficiency measurements and tracking systems
- Analyze product flow times and create improvement plans
- Develop and maintain capacity planning analysis
- Lead new project implementation teams and drive demand-driven operational strategies
- Build relationships with plant personnel and establish shop floor productivity initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
- CAD software experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to create shop floor metrics and track performance
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Capacity to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time
