Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Bar Operations
- Oversee all beverage operations to ensure exceptional service standards
- Develop, curate, and manage an innovative beverage program, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
- Train, lead, and schedule bar and front-of-house team members
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls for beverage supplies
- Guest Service
- Deliver memorable guest experiences in a full-service restaurant environment
- Promote hospitality and uphold service excellence for all guests
- Support restaurant staff with beverage knowledge and recommendations
- Administrative Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Monitor beverage sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with management on promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Beverage Manager, Bar Manager, or similar role in a full-service restaurant or upscale hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology
- Leadership skills with experience managing and training a hospitality team
- Excellent guest service and communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced restaurant setting
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Schedule
Full-time schedule. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
