Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Real Estate Advisor/Business Development professional. The role involves daily tasks such as creating new business opportunties, managing client relationships, conducting real estate market research and providing strategic advice to clients on their commercial real estate needs. The professional will be responsible for driving sales growth in the New York City market, conducting negotiations and preparing and presenting sales proposals.
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial real estate and real estate generally
- Reside in the New York Tri-State area
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven sales abilities
- Ability to create and generate new business opportunties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
