Together, we develop the GeForce Now client for a diverse array of devices and operating systems, as well as few other user-facing applications. Then, this team is the place to be.What you will be doing:Work on custom CEF and Chromium code for NVIDIA products with focus on performance, reliability, cross-platform compatibility, and securityDefine and Upstream parts of that work to share it with the rest of the community, when applicableMaintaining and improving related CI/CD, patching infrastructure, and improving it to take the latest changes from upstream more quicklyDefine, review, and improve quality, reliability, and performance indicators for the applicationsReview code and designs across the team and contribute actively to the evolving team methodologiesWhat we need to see:15+ years experience in proficient in C++, JavaScript, web technologiesExcellent system software programming, unit testing, and debugging skillsExpertise in video and graphics composition, accessibility, and system abstraction layers in Chromium reposConsistent history of change and feature contributions to CEF or Chromium repositories in relevant areas, Chromium committer statusStrong initiative, be proactive, and be ready to tackle, open-ended problemsBS or MS in Computer Science or related areas, or equivalent experienceWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience in porting and/or optimizing forks of Chromium, CEF, or ElectronBackground with developing and supporting live consumer products/services on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOSExpertise in developing real-time, latency-sensitive, interactive video streaming applications or with 3D APIs like Vulkan or MetalFamiliarity with telemetry and visualization tools, experience in employing data to analyze and improve product reliability and performanceWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology industry's most desirable employers.
