24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Head Coach to design comprehensive fitness programs and lead a team of coaches. The role focuses on client acquisition, retention, and onboarding of new coaches while partnering with the General Manager to drive performance. The Head Coach will spend ~60% in personal training and ~40% on onboarding and coaching staff, with a minimum of 30+ hours per week.
