Warehouse AssociateDiamond Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate who takes pride in doing things right the first time. You'll be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and equipment. Your work ensures our teams in the field have what they need to succeed, and that our warehouse runs smoothly and safely.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, and who aligns with our organization’s shared values of excellence, integrity, collaboration, innovation, and being solution-oriented.Key Responsibilities:Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders.Pick, stage, and prepare materials and equipment for jobsite delivery.Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.Organize and clean warehouse space to ensure safety and efficiency.Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).Assist with periodic cycle counts and full inventory audits.Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or shortages.Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.Support other departments with deliveries or pickups as needed.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or materials handling experience (preferred but not required).Familiarity with basic inventory systems and handheld scanners is a plus.Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.Ability to pass a background check and drug test and have a clean driving record.Diamond is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, age, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factor.
