Leveraging your strong field experience and leadership, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality all while fostering trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee large-scale landscape construction and site development projects from pre-construction through closeoutUnderstand and identify customers' challenges and develop effective, value-driven solutionsBuild and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, employees, subcontractors, and vendorsOperate effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgencyCollaborate closely with operations team members, leveraging collective expertise to drive project successProject Execution & Financial ManagementEnsure all landscape construction services are delivered according to contract specifications, drawings, budget, schedule, and quality standardsManage cost reports, analyze budget variances, and implement strategies to control and reduce project costsReview labor quantities, production rates, and construction phases for accurate project trackingEnsure timely and accurate monthly job billingsPrepare, submit, and track change orders, ensuring proper documentation and timely client approvalDeliver accurate and timely reporting on project financials, schedules, and budgetsClient & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the construction processCommunicate clearly with clients regarding project scope, progress, and any challenges or changesBuild strong relationships with owners, clients, architects, general contractors, and subcontractorsProvide clear and easy-to-understand information about company services and project deliverablesField Operations & Quality ControlInspect all field work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and company quality standardsAnalyze field challenges and implement effective solutionsManage and coordinate labor forces, foremen, superintendents, and subcontractorsMaintain accurate daily and weekly production and activity logsOversee dispatching of crews, materials, and equipment to job sitesManage equipment utilization, storage, and maintenance across projectsPromote a team-oriented, results-driven work environmentDemonstrate high standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalismEnsure that all construction services are delivered according to contract specifications & drawings, are within budget and on schedule.Project ControlsParticipate in Monthly/Quarterly Work-in-Progress (WIP) processesMaintain accurate documentation and reporting for all active projectsEnsure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate daily and weekly Foremen and Superintendent activity logs, updating production tracking reports and generating other related reports as needed.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsExperience & EducationBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field preferred5+ years of experience in landscape construction or construction project managementProven experience managing commercial landscape or site development projectsSkills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of landscape construction including irrigation, planting, grading, drainage, and hardscapeProficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong project scheduling, coordination, and organizational skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specificationsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong financial acumen and cost management capabilitiesAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentHighly driven, disciplined, and results-orientedCoachable with a continuous improvement mindsetStrong project scheduling and coordination skills.Physical Requirements:Standing periodically throughout the daySitting and standing as neededWalking as needed in order to meet with clients at various locationsRepetitive motion, Keyboard data entry, telephone use, driving a vehicleVisually able to read, view computer monitors with or without corrective devicesAuditory, able to hear and speak on the phone as required to meet job expectations.Please submit your resume along with a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience through Indeed.
