We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our general dental practice full time. This role involves delivering comprehensive patient care, performing dental examinations, creating treatment plans, and conducting restorative procedures using modern tools including Open Dental software. The dentist will also oversee dental assistants and hygienists as part of a collaborative care team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient dental examinations and assessments
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Perform restorative dental procedures
- Analyze dental X-rays and digital radiography
- Oversee and collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists
- Maintain infection control standards and patient safety
- Utilize Open Dental software for patient records and scheduling
- Communicate treatment options clearly to patients
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in dentistry
- DDS or DMD degree
- Valid Dental License
- CPR Certification
- Proficient in dental diagnostics and restorative dentistry
- Excellent patient communication skills
- Knowledge of infection control procedures
- Experience with digital radiography
- Strong team collaboration and time management abilities
***Pay rate is the daily rate or a percentage of the commission, whichever is higher.
