Learn more at Position Summary Indulge is seeking a Lead Project Manager for Technology & Operations to lead the team stakeholder coordination of two independent development teams currently developing a consumer app. This Lead Project Manager will be overseeing development and supporting our executive and technical leadership across all business divisions. This role is responsible for orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, maintaining operational alignment, and driving the successful execution of strategic initiatives. A strong understanding of technical workflows is required. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership and serve as a central coordinator across technical and business teams. Past experience with the beauty industry is a big plus. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic planning and decision-making for cross-organizational work (Essential) Coordinate activities across engineering, product, operations, and business units to support timely project execution. Facilitate effective communication between technical stakeholders and non-technical departments. Track and manage project timelines, team deliverables, and internal accountability. Participate in product planning sessions, helping to scope, prioritize, and communicate key initiatives. Provide strategic planning and decision-making for cross-organizational work Resolve cross-departmental blockers and proactively address execution risks. Contribute to the improvement of operational processes and documentation standards. Qualifications Over 7 years of senior leadership experience combined with 7 to 10 years of demonstrated expertise in project management. Proven track record in leading app development teams with hands-on coding and database administration experience. Skilled in managing software and mobile app development lifecycles, including application development, database design and management, coding in modern languages (ASP.NET Core and Mobile app), algorithm development, project management, quality assurance, and related processes. Possesses up-to-date knowledge of leading AI technologies and applications, with a strong understanding of algorithm development and behavioral analytics, which are essential to driving innovation. Deep understanding of the current competitive social media landscape, including emerging platforms relevant to younger and evolving consumer segments. Experienced in managing high-impact projects across distributed, cross-functional teams, consistently delivering results under pressure and tight deadlines. Experience with appointment-based or service platform environments is highly desirable. Previous exposure to the Beauty, Fashion, or Wellness industries is considered a strong advantage. U.S. work authorization is preferred but not mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates based in the Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Miami Metro areas; however, remote applicants will also be considered. Demonstrated leadership in supervising senior teams and mentoring individual contributors to achieve their full potential. Proficient in developing and managing budgets across multiple business units simultaneously. Experienced in fostering strategic partnerships and driving collaborative initiatives to support organizational growth. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving goals and maintaining resilience and emotional stability under pressure. Engagement Model Flexible working arrangements with expected availability ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week. Daily Meetings: (i) Stand Up/Start of Day. (ii) Weekly and (iii) Monthly Task Targets. Blueprint for monthly, quarterly, and annual task targets, mapped, planned and communicated across development teams. Key APIs set to determine success Regular communication and progress updates required (daily or weekly, depending on engagement level). Initial engagement as a 1099 contractor, with potential for conversion to a full-time W-2 role. Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with a focus in Computer Science and/or Math and Strong history of App Development and Process Management.
