Sales Recruiter (Part-Time)

*There is no business development requirement, you will work existing job orders and focus on finding and screening candidates. We are a recruiting firm that works with high growth technology companies on sales and go‑to‑market hiring. Our clients are building revenue teams and need consistent recruiting support across SDR, AE, customer success, and sales leadership roles. We are adding one (or two) experienced sales recruiter to support active searches on a contract basis. This role is focused entirely on sourcing and delivery. Who we are looking for: 2 or more years of recruiting experience placing sales or GTM roles Active access to LinkedIn Recruiter or a comparable sourcing platform Able to build candidate pipelines across multiple open searches at once Strong at screening sales candidates and evaluating fit against role requirements Works independently and stays organized without close oversight Preferred but not required: Experience recruiting for SaaS or technology companies Background placing SDRs, account executives, or sales managers Familiarity with sourcing tools such as SeekOut or Gem What you will be doing: Sourcing and engaging candidates for active sales and GTM searches Running initial screens to evaluate sales experience, quota attainment, and role fit Submitting qualified candidates to open job orders on a consistent basis Keeping pipelines organized and tracking candidate progress throughout each search Providing regular updates on sourcing activity to the team How this is set up: Fully remote with flexible schedule Contract engagement focused on recruiting delivery Consistent job orders available for the right person Works well alongside an existing desk or workload This is not an entry level role.
