What You’ll Be Doing Your days might include: Helping a toddler take their first independent steps Designing ninja-warrior obstacle courses Using swings, trampolines, and climbing walls therapeutically Supporting gross motor development through play Partnering with families to build carryover at home Collaborating with SLPs & OTs for whole-child care Celebrating BIG wins (and tiny ones too) No two days are ever the same — and that’s exactly how we like it.
