Manager, Program Management

Bio-Techne seeks a Manager of Program Management to lead the RNAscope project portfolio and Newark-based Project Management Office within the Spatial Biology Division. The role combines portfolio oversight, cross-functional project execution, and team leadership to deliver new product introductions and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead RNAscope portfolio oversight, tracking priorities, milestones, dependencies, resources, and risks
- Direct project management for RUO, OEM, and IVD new product introductions and sustaining initiatives
- Guide cross-functional teams through product commercialization and stage-gate processes to launch
- Supervise and develop small team of project managers in Newark PMO
- Ensure consistent application of PMO standards, governance practices, and strategic alignment
Requirements
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in scientific or related field with spatial genomics understanding
- 5+ years of project management experience with complex, cross-functional initiatives
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification preferred
- Life sciences, biotechnology, diagnostics, or medical device product development experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of quality, regulatory practices, and regulated product frameworks (GPR, ASR, IVDR)
- Advanced skills in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive communication
- Proficiency with project management tools and ability to influence across functions and levels
Compensation: $115,100 - $189,200
