About Comfrt: Comfrt is a mental wellness movement creating "products that feel like a hug." We specialize in weighted gear designed to ease anxiety and provide comfort. Our retail spaces are high-energy environments where we sell like friends, not salespeople. The Role: You are the primary lead on the sales floor, responsible for driving the vibe, coaching the team in real-time, and ensuring the store is visually stunning and fully stocked. While you aren't responsible for hiring or scheduling, you are the key to training our associates and ensuring every customer has a world-class experience. Key Responsibilities: Sales Floor Leadership & Real-Time Coaching Active Floor Presence: Act as the primary lead on the sales floor, orchestrating team movements to ensure 100% guest coverage. Instant Coaching: Provide constant "in-the-moment" feedback to associates. Catch the team doing things right and pivot missed opportunities immediately to drive KPIs (Conversion, UPT, and AOV). People-first Expert: Model and train the team on the Comfrt selling style—approaching every customer as a peer rather than a transaction. Visual Merchandising & Inventory Flow Total Inventory Flow: Own the back-to-front product lifecycle. Ensure all shipments (including weighted gear up to 40 lbs) are processed and floor-ready within 24 hours. Replenishment Ownership: Manage daily replenishment to ensure the sales floor is never "gapped." Identify bestsellers and adjust displays to keep high-demand styles front and center. Visual Standards: Audit the floor hourly to maintain premium brand standards—straightening stacks, adjusting mannequins, and ensuring fixture integrity. Activations & Social Media Social Content: Be the face of the store on camera! Assist the GM/ASM in creating daily, high-energy TikTok/Reels content to engage our online community. In-Store Activations: Support the execution of "wellness drops" and in-store events, ensuring the team is hyped and the floor is prepared for high-traffic launches. Qualifications: 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in a high-volume or "mall" environment. Proven ability to coach and train others on selling skills. High energy and a "bias for action"—you don't wait to be told to fix a display or help a customer. Comfortable being on camera and engaging with social media trends. Must be available for peak retail periods including Black Friday and the holiday season. Other "Must-Haves": Passion for mental wellness and the Comfrt mission.
