Overview
Physical Therapist – Outpatient, travel assignment in two outpatient clinics located in Zanesville and Coshocton, OH. Start date 07/27/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $2,298 to $2,501 with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Day shift with varied start times, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (no option for a 4-day workweek). The role supports outpatient rehabilitation focused on orthopedic, general medical/surgical, and neurological diagnoses, with specialty services available in these clinics including concussion management, vestibular rehab, lymphedema, pelvic control therapy, and dry needling. EMR used is EPIC.

Responsibilities
- Assess and treat adults with orthopedic, general medical/surgical, and neurological conditions in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, ROM, and strengthening interventions.
- Deliver specialty services such as concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation, lymphedema care, pelvic control therapy, and dry needling as appropriate.
- Document evaluation findings, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in EPIC EMR; communicate with the care team to coordinate care.
- Monitor patient response, adjust plans of care, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation staff, manage caseload effectively, ensure safety and infection control, and complete required handoffs at discharge.

Requirements
- Experience with outpatient physical therapy focusing on orthopedic, general medical/surgical, and neurological diagnoses.
- Experience or familiarity with specialty services offered at the clinics (concussion management, vestibular rehab, lymphedema, pelvic control therapy, dry needling) is a plus.
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR or equivalent electronic medical record systems.
- Ability to work a 40-hour week on a day-shift schedule (Monday–Friday) and to travel between two clinic locations in Zanesville and Coshocton, OH as needed.
- Strong communication skills, clinical reasoning, and commitment to patient-centered care.
