Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to prepare and maintain our complimentary breakfast service each morning. All breakfast items are pre-cooked and only need to be warmed, arranged, and replenished during service. The ideal candidate will ensure the breakfast area remains clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.

Responsibilities

• Report to work at 7:00 AM and prepare the breakfast area before guests arrive.
• Warm pre-cooked breakfast items following food safety guidelines.
• Set up food, beverages, condiments, and serving stations.
• Refill food and drinks throughout breakfast hours as needed.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Keep the breakfast area, dining area, tables, counters, and beverage stations clean and organized.
• Wash and sanitize breakfast equipment, trays, utensils, and serving dishes after breakfast service.
• Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness of the breakfast and kitchen areas.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Report low inventory or maintenance concerns to management.
• Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude and assist with basic breakfast-related questions.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Schedule

• Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Key Duties

• Warm and prepare pre-cooked breakfast items.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet.
• Keep the breakfast and kitchen areas clean and sanitary.
• Restock food and beverages throughout breakfast service.
• Provide friendly service to hotel guests.
• Clean and reset the breakfast area after service.
