In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing precise material cost estimates and well-rounded bid proposals that support successful project planning and delivery. You’ll collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and clients to ensure each project stays on track with both budget and operational objectives. Requirements Skilled user of Microsoft Office applications. Minimum of 1 year industry experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Summary JOB DESCRIPTION Create detailed material cost estimates for assigned projects. Prepare comprehensive bid proposals that are competitive, accurate, and aligned with project requirements and specifications. Solicit and evaluate bids from suppliers, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong relationships with industry partners. Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities through value engineering. Monitor and track project costs and assist with change order pricing and cost control. Maintain organized and well-documented records of project work.
