Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse in Birthing Unit

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the birthing unit
• Assist with labor and delivery procedures
• Monitor and assess the well-being of mothers and newborns
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Requirements of the Registered Nurse in Birthing Unit

• Current RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, with recent EFM at least intermediate required
• 2 years experience with circulating experience
