Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and appliances

• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, buildings, and grounds to identify and address maintenance issues

• Assist with cleaning and restoring spaces to their original condition after renovations or repairs

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform repairs as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and resolve maintenance-related issues

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
