Account Executive - Fire Alarm Systems

State‑of‑the‑art electronic security and surveillance equipment, highly skilled system design specialists, installation, and a dedicated, knowledgeable and professional service support and management team combine to provide our customers with the most logical, efficient and cost‑effective security for their home or business. Responsibilities Identifies new opportunities around New York City within commercial, multifamily, retail, and other facilities to sell our fire alarm and integrated security systems. Hunting and prospecting new leads through a variety of strategies – cold calling, networking events, industry meet‑ups, etc. Consistently closes business deals by identifying client needs, negotiating win‑win solutions, and driving opportunities from initial contact through signed agreements. Maintains accurate sales activities around pipeline and prospective customers. Builds rapport and maintains strong, long‑term relationships with clients and partners. Analyzes and understands architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings/plans. Reviews job labor, material, and time requirements by analyzing bid documents. Develops cost estimates by gathering bid documents, blueprints, and project specification information. Develops and presents required proposals. Builds relationships with electrical and general contractors with an emphasis on finding new construction deals. Qualifications 5 years of experience selling to Electrical and General Contractors. 5 years of selling Fire Alarm & Integrated Security. Nicet Level 2 Certified (optional). Vast knowledge of NYC Fire Alarm Codes and NYFPA 72. CRM experience required. Computer skills needed (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, etc.).
