As a Construction Management Professional, you’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning construction management project delivery. Here's what you'll need • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent related experience in lieu of formal education.• 15+ years of experience in construction management on large and complex water infrastructure and conveyance projects• Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, construction management on large and complex water infrastructure projects including pipeline and utility construction, contract management, team building and client relationship building• Experience in a wide range of project delivery methods including; Design-Bid-Build, CMGC, and Design-Build• Demonstrated knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and general building maintenanceIdeally You’ll Have:• Current registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of California OR current certification as a PMP from the PMI.• Current certification as a CCM from the CMAA• Current certification as a DBIA professional from the DBIA• Experience in water conveyance projects#WestPMCM#LI-CS1Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
