This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values warmth, balance, and purpose in their practice. What You’ll Do Work directly with clients to understand their goals and provide thoughtful, practical estate planning guidance Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents Advise on tax implications, asset preservation, and wealth transfer strategies Handle aspects of probate, trust administration, and conservatorships as needed Collaborate closely with colleagues and case managers to deliver exceptional client service Mentor and support junior attorneys and staff where applicable What We’re Looking For JD from an accredited law school Active member of the California Bar in good standing 4+ years of estate planning experience (probate, trust administration, or elder law a plus) Excellent drafting, writing, and interpersonal communication skills Personable, empathetic, and team-oriented Interested in hearing more?
