Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high-quality service. Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement. Pay/Years of Experience Breakdown A Level: 7-10+ years of experience – up to $75 per hour. B Level: 2-7 years of experience – up to $45 per hour. Tire Tech/C Level: 6 months-2 years of experience – up to $32 per hour. Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds. Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head. Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair. Have the needed dexterity to efficiently use hand-tools.
