Operations & Accounting Manager (Healthcare + Tech) ProMed Health Plus is an advanced wound care and healthcare innovation company integrating medical technology, AI, and biotech to simplify provider operations. We’re looking for a highly organized and experienced Operations & Accounting Manager to join our growing team and help manage internal operations, HR functions, and accounting. Responsibilities Oversee QuickBooks accounting, including daily reconciliation, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Handle payroll, employee setup (W2 and 1099), and ensure HR compliance with state and federal regulations. Support operations for the healthcare and tech development teams, ensuring smooth workflow and communication. Coordinate with leadership on budgets, invoicing, and vendor management. Help manage onboarding, employee documentation, and internal communications. Assist in developing efficient internal systems and processes to support business growth. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in accounting, operations, or HR (preferably in healthcare or tech environments). Proficient in QuickBooks (required). Strong understanding of payroll, HR compliance, and employee setup (W2/1099). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
