Americade Home Health Agency is looking for a driven and passionate Home Health Client Acquisition Speacialist (marketer) professional to join our growing team in Westminster, CA. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and discharge planners
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the home health market
• Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to healthcare professionals and community organizations
• Serve as a liaison between referral sources and the clinical/operations team to ensure seamless patient intake
• Track and analyze referral data, sales metrics, and territory growth to meet targets
• Represent Americade at community events, health fairs, and networking functions
• Educate referral partners on home health services, Medicare/Medicaid eligibility, and agency capabilities

Requirements:

• Prior experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare sales/business development strongly preferred
• Established relationships with referral sources such as physicians, case managers, or social workers is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Knowledge of Medicare-certified home health regulations and services
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Multiligual in Vietnamese or Spanish is a plus
