Flexible Nurse Aide (Floater) – Company Vehicle Included This role provides individualized client care plans, advocates patient welfare, and serves as a liaison between clients and their assigned care manager. Pay Base pay range: $43,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr. Weekly pay at $43,000 per year, with overtime paid 1.5x beyond 40 hours. Company car or fuel reimbursement $100/week. Hours & Schedule Available on-call 6 days a week 40 hours guaranteed per week; shifts can be 1–12 hours Typical shift times: 6a-10:30p; day, night, and occasional NOC shifts as needed Coverage for last-minute callouts and facility shifts Need to report to office when no client shift scheduled Responsibilities Implement individualized client care plans Advocate patient welfare Liaise with Staffing Manager, Staffing Coordinators, Care Managers, and clients Provide in-home care and transport clients/co-workers as needed Cover shifts in facilities as needed; serve entire island of Oahu Requirements Experience providing care for all types of clients and chronic conditions (companion to hospice care) Pass all ABC exams for all levels of care Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and ability to drive to any location Current state-required documentation: Nurse Aide school certificate and CPR/First Aid certificate Benefits Weekly pay Company car, fuel reimbursement or auto allowance $100/week Optional health, dental, and vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
