Our organization is in search of dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physicians (MD/DO) to become part of one of the largest and most esteemed Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in the Pacific Northwest. With nearly 30 clinics in the Seattle region , including School-Based Health Centers, we provide a wide range of services including primary care, behavioral health, dental care, and care coordination to approximately 60,000 patients each year . Our providers work in a cooperative, integrated care setting focused on promoting health equity, improving health outcomes, and empowering the communities we serve.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week): Annual salary range of $166,682.88 to $206,169.60
• 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week): Annual salary range of $208,353.60 to $257,712.00

Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and work schedule.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Family Medicine Physician, your role will encompass providing comprehensive outpatient care for patients of all ages, including:

• Preventive care and wellness examinations
• Diagnosis and management of both acute and chronic conditions
• Coordinating care with specialty providers
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams
• Delivering evidence-based, culturally sensitive patient care
• Maintaining documentation in the electronic health record
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives

This position allows you to care for patients from various cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds while working alongside committed professionals focused on health equity.

Qualifications

Required

• MD or DO from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Washington State Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
• DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current BLS Certification

Preferred

• Experience in Family Medicine, Community Health, or FQHC settings
• Bilingual language skills
• Experience working with underserved populations
• Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) experience or willingness to pursue required training
• Nexplanon certification is advantageous
