About the teamThe Principal, Product Management drives the vision, strategy, and execution of complex, high-impact product initiatives that shape Zillow’s customer experience and competitive position. Operating as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, this role leads cross-functional teams to define and deliver innovative solutions, balancing customer insights, technical feasibility, and business outcomes at enterprise scale. Drive end-to-end product lifecycle execution—from discovery and requirements through launch and optimization—using data, experimentation, and customer insights to inform prioritization and trade-offs. - engineering, design, data science, marketing, operations) to deliver scalable, high-quality product experiences that improve customer engagement and business performance. - Evaluate and refine product performance using quantitative and qualitative inputs, defining success metrics and using insights to iterate on features, user journeys, and platform capabilities. - Represent the product strategy with senior leaders and key stakeholders, communicating clear narratives, building consensus on priorities, and surfacing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in product management for technology products, including substantial experience leading complex, consumer or platform products at scale. - Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products or platforms, using data to shape strategy, prioritize trade-offs, and iterate after launch. - As the most-visited real estate platform in the U.we help people navigate buying, selling, financing and renting with greater ease and confidence.
