Inventory Management Specialist
PKH Enterprises is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to own DoW client Government property accountability from receipt through final disposition in a TS/SCI environment. This role in contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
• Conduct 100% physical inventory upon task order award; establish clean baseline against existing property book
• Maintain inventory records at 95% accuracy using a lifecycle matrix tracking all items from receipt through disposition
• Implement FAR Part 45 / DFARS 245.1-compliant property accountability system with barcode/RFID tagging
• Produce monthly property status reports and annual reconciliation report for the Government COR
• Integrate logistics cost data into monthly Financial Status Reports within 2 business days
Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Direct experience with the Federal Supply System and DoD property accountability standards
• Working knowledge of FAR Part 45, DFARS 245.1, and Air Force property management procedures
• 4+ years logistics or property management experience in a federal or DoD environment
• Experience with barcode/RFID inventory systems preferred
