Real Estate Paralegal

We are partnering with a nationally recognized Am Law 200 law firm seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join its legal team. This is an opportunity to support sophisticated real estate transactions, work closely with experienced attorneys, and play a key role in a collaborative, fast-paced law firm environment. What You’ll Do Manage commercial real estate transaction files and related documentation Review title commitments, surveys, closing documents, and due diligence materials Prepare corporate filings, organizational documents, and entity-related documentation for real estate acquisitions Support attorneys throughout all phases of commercial real estate transactions Coordinate with clients, title companies, lenders, and other transaction stakeholders Maintain transaction checklists, deadlines, and closing documentation Assist with document management and transaction organization What They’re Looking For 5–8+ years of paralegal experience, preferably with commercial real estate matters Experience reviewing title commitments, surveys, closing documents, and due diligence materials Ability to independently manage multiple transactions and deadlines Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with legal technology and document management systems Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred Why This Role Opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions from acquisition through closing High level of autonomy and ownership over transactions Exposure to high-profile clients and complex deals Collaborative, team-oriented culture with strong long-term growth potential Competitive compensation, bonus opportunity, and comprehensive benefits package Interested candidates should submit a resume to Caden Dossman (View email address on click.appcast.io).
