Pay Rates & Financials
- Mileage Scale: Begin at $0.56 CPM with automatic milestone bumps up to $0.64 CPM .
- Weekly Earnings: Average gross ranges from $1,300 to $1,500 when running full available clock.
- Consistent Volume: Bank on 2,000 to 2,400 miles every single week, no seasonal slumps.
- Incentives: Extra cash rewards for maintaining flawless safety and on-time delivery metrics.
- Payroll & Onboarding: Guaranteed direct deposit every single week, with orientation fully paid from hour one.
Trucks & Cargo Details
- Your Fleet: Drive an assigned late-model Kenworth or Freightliner Cascadia—no slip-seating or sharing.
- Freight Style: 100% dry van hauling. No special endorsements, no hazmat, and no flatbeds.
- No Cargo Handling: Strictly zero driver touch. Customer freight is pre-loaded; you just drive.
- Operations: Mostly drop & hook for rapid turnarounds, with select scheduled live customer stops.
Territory & Home Time Schedule
- Dedicated Lanes: Run a predictable regional footprint with known routes before you leave the gate.
- Weekly Home Time: Clean 34-hour federal restart spent at home every single week.
- Optional Miles: Drivers wanting to maximize their paychecks can request extended time on the road.
- Support: Work with an individual load planner dedicated to keeping your hours optimized.
Mentorship Program for Trainees
- All Experience Welcome: Open to both school grads and seasoned drivers.
- Paid Training: 4 to 5 weeks over-the-road with an experienced driver mentor at full standard orientation pay.
- Syllabus: Focuses on real-world defensive driving, trip planning, and DOT compliance.
- Going Solo: Upgrade to your own assigned truck immediately following trainer sign-off.

Hiring Criteria
- Active Class A CDL.

- Clean record: No DUI/DWI offenses in 36 months, and no felonies in the last 5 years.
